We cooked the ny striploin on the bbq the other night and it was seriously amazing! My husband cannot stop raving about it! Thank you for the tips about cooking time and temps as it came out to a perfect medium rare. When you have more steaks please please please let me know as we will buy a bunch. Seriously 10/10 on flavour, quality and tenderness. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten a beef steak that has been that good!
